Incinerator units shall include an integral and mechanized bottom ash removal system.Ali the measuring devices attached to the incinerator should have digital display and should have  provision of connecting to the recording system, which should include fuel meter and separate energy meter.Include designed pollution control devices such as scrubbers, filters or electrostatic precipitators to achieve emission limits.Each unit shall include a complete vertical exhaust and stack system 6-12 m above ground level with exhaust exit velocity of not less than 10 meters per second.Include clearly readable system operation panels. Spare parts:Each incinerator shall be supplied with all necessary spare parts required for two (2) years of operation (one set for each unit).Mandatory spare parts, for all the incinerators as a minimum, shall include: thermocoupletemperature gaugefire ropeburnerinduction air fandigital temperature display panel
Nominal burning rate shall be 100 -140 kg/hr with 8 hour daily operating cycle of ash removal, pre-heat and burn with continuous loading.Primary power source shall be electricity but capable of using diesel fuel as a supplemental fuel.The waste incinerators shall be designed for 3 Phase, 380-400 V, 50 Hz electricity supply.Should have dual combustion chambers with gas temperature achieve 1000 C for retention time at least 2 second,Have a thermal efficiency of not less than 85%.All metal surfaces (except combustion chamber internal fittings) shall be either galvanized, enameled, painted or  otherwise treated against atmospheric and process induced corrosion.The incinerator combustion chambers should be designed for easy maintenance of all internal parts including the  refractory and insulation. Materials used in the individual parts of the incinerator shall be heat resistance and also  be protected against oxidation, corrosion, etc.Primary and secondary chambers preferably have rounded inside corners to avoid the formation of dead zone or cold pockets.Generate residual incinerator ash conforming to <10% by volume and <25% by weight of the waste incinerated.Achieve a Total Organic Carbon (TOC) content in the slag and bottom ashes of less than 3%. Combustion Efficiency (CE) at least 99%.
