All Civil works will be done by POFs Hospital, firm will just provide the architectural , 
structural , electrical, sewerage and plumbing  drawing in AutoCAD format as per 
recommendation of their Manufacturer. 
Firm will provide detailed drawings as mentioned above for following rooms
Incinerator room  b. Operator room with toilet  c. Waste store room d. Segregation room e. Washing area
All rooms will be constructed by POFs Civil department as per drawing provided by firm 
as per recommendation of Manufacturer.POF Hospital will provide electrical connection as 
per requirement of machine in Main DB installed by firm, onward work related to electrical 
will be done by firm at their own. Firm will also construct an earth pit with result <1 ohm for 
equipment. 18. Natural Gas and Water Supply 
Providing Natural Gas (NG) supply up to site of incinerator will be responsibility of POF Hospital, 
onward pipe fitting of regulators and pressures gauges will all be done by firm as per requirement of Manufacturer. 
Water supply like NG will be provided up to site of incinerator by POF, onward pumping 
arrangement will be made by firm to attain required pressure.  
Blower Centrifugal fan (according to manufacturer design) will be provided to inject air for 
burning waste and gases in Secondary combustion chamber furthermore air regulation and 
distribution will be automatic and electronically controlled. Chamber should have electrically 
operated natural gas burner.
Primary and Secondary chamber with electrically operated suitable for natural gas operation. 
Regulated automatically for controlling of temperature inside chambers. 
Automatic closing of burners if primary door chamber is not properly closed or opened during time of operation. 
Electrical safety to prevent startup of burner unless its shutter is fully opened, and closure of 
burner shutter when burner is switched off.
